456bt Terms & Conditions – Please read these terms carefully before using the platform

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between 456bt (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") and any registered or unregistered user of the platform (hereinafter referred to as "Member", "you", or "your"). By accessing the 456bt.win website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The following definitions apply to specific terms used throughout this document:

• "Platform" Refers to the 456bt website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• "Member" Refers to any individual registered on the platform.
• "Wagering" Refers to the requirement to wager a specified amount using bonus funds.
• "KYC" Refers to Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.
• "RNG" Refers to a Random Number Generator — a system that produces random numerical outcomes.

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account with 456bt. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in Bangladesh or in the country where you are currently located.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Providing accurate information at the time of registration is mandatory.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their username and password secure.
• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Registering with false information will result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

456bt currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits can be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–3 minutes.
• Payments made in a third party's name are not accepted.
• No hidden charges on deposits — what you send is exactly what lands in your account.
• If a payment fails, the amount will be automatically refunded — within 24 hours at most.

To withdraw your winnings, a few conditions must be met. 456bt always aims to process withdrawals as quickly as possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳5,00,000.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold and investigated if suspicious activity is detected.

456bt offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms as outlined on the respective offer page. The general policies are detailed below.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and may be claimed once.
• Withdrawing a bonus generally requires completing 30× to 45× wagering.
• The wagering requirement period is generally 30 days.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when using a bonus — typically ৳500.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be terminated.
• If you wish to decline a bonus, you must notify us before making your deposit.

All betting activity on 456bt is governed by the general rules below. Additional rules may apply to specific games or events.

• Minimum single bet: ৳10.
• Maximum single bet: varies by game and membership tier.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 456bt reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In Sports Betting, bets that are not confirmed before the match begins may be voided.
• Bets placed during a system error will be reviewed and settled accordingly.

For Sports Betting, 456bt settles bets using official match results. In the event a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 456bt's decision shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 456bt. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

• Exploiting the bonus system to withdraw funds ("Bonus abuse").
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Opening or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Hacking, DDoS attacks, or any attempt to damage or disrupt the platform.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using a false identity or a third party's payment method.

456bt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Where evidence of suspicious financial activity is found.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Members may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

456bt takes responsible gaming very seriously. Gaming is meant for entertainment — not as a source of income. We believe that when gaming goes out of control, it can be harmful to individuals and their families.

To that end, 456bt provides several protective measures that members can use at their own discretion:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit settings.
• Setting a daily gaming time limit.
• Temporary account suspension for a specified period.
• Permanent self-exclusion (6 months or more).
• Reality check reminders.

Once set, these tools cannot be changed for at least 24 hours. For self-exclusion, no changes are possible until the chosen period has fully elapsed.

456bt reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be provided via registered email and on the platform at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you have the right to close your account.
• Any disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be settled via neutral international arbitration.
• This document is governed by international online gaming law.
